              The Varasiddhi Vinayakar Temple in Besant Nagar, Chennai, India is a famous Hindu temple, located near the beach in Besant Nagar. In fact, many other texts and theories link the history of Tirupati Temple to Lord Varaha, one of the ten avatars of Lord Vishnu. According to a legend, Lord Varaha created the entire SeshachalamHills so that Adisesha, the seven-headed snake on which Vishnu rests, could rest on earth. Interestingly, Seshachalam Hills has seven peaks, which are said to be the representation of the heads of Adisesha.

As far As the temple is concerned King Thondaiman of Tondaimandalamkingdom constructed the precincts and the towering gateway (Gopuram) of the temple. He also made sure his subjects worshipped the Lord regularly.


        Varaha Swamy temple is a Hindu temple, located at Srimushnam, in the South Indian state of Tamil Nadu. Constructed in the Dravidian style of architecture, the temple is dedicated to Varaha (Bhu Varaha Swamy), the boar-avatar of the god Vishnu and his consort Lakshmi as Ambujavalli Thayar. The temple had contributions from MedievalCholas of the 10th century with later expansions by Thanjavur Nayak king Achuthappa Nayak.

Lord Venkateswara Temple at Tirumala(Tirupati) is one of the most famous temples in India. With more than 35 million pilgrims visiting the temple every year, it is one of the most visited holy places and also one of the richest temples in the world. Sri Govindarajaswamy Temple is an ancient Hindhu-vaishnavite temple situated at the heart of the Tirupati city in Chittoor District of Andhra Pradesh state in India. The temple was built during 12 century and was consecrated in the year 1130 AD by Saint Ramanujacharya. The temple is one of the earliest structures in Tirupati and also one of the biggest temple complex in Chittoor district. The Tirupati (down hill) city is built around this temple. Built on 1.5 acres of land, the International Society for Krishna Consciousness (ISKCON) Chennai is the largestRadha Krishna temple in Tamil Nadu. It was formally inaugurated on 26 April 2012.


KapilaTheertham is a famous SaiviteTemple and Theertham, located at Tirupati in the Chittoor District of AndhraPradesh, India. The idol is believed to be installed by Kapila Muni and hence Lord Siva here is referred to as Kapileswara.

The temple stands at the entrance to a mountain cave in one of the steep and vertical faces at the foot of the Tirumala hills which are part of Seshachalam Hills, where the waters of the mountain stream fall directly into Temple Pushkariniknown as"KapilaTheertham". Sri KalyanaVenkateswaraswamy Temple isan ancient Hindu Vaishnavite temple located at Srinivasamangapuram which is 12km from Tirupati in Chittoor District of Andhra Pradesh, India. The temple is dedicated to Lord Venkateswara, a form of Vishnu and is referred to as KalyanaVenkateswara. The temple is categorised as an Ancient monument of National importance by Archaeological survey of India. It is one of thecentrally protected monuments of national importance.


Vinayaka Temple or SriVarasidhiVinayakaSwamy Temple is a Hindu temple of Ganesha. It is located at Kanipakam in Chittoor district of Andhra Pradesh, India. The temple is about 11 km from Chittoor and 68 km from Tirupati


The golden temple complex inside theSripuram spiritual park is situated at the foot of a small range of green hillsat Thirumalaikodi (or simply Malaikodi) village, 8 km from Vellore in TamilNadu, India. It is 120 km from Tirupati, 145 km from Chennai, 160 km from Puducherry and 200 km from Bengaluru. The Kamakshi Temple is an ancientHindu Temple dedicated to Kamakshi, the ultimate form of GoddessLalithaMahaTripurasundari(Parvati). It is located in the historic city of Kanchipuram, near Chennai, India. The Meenakshi Temple in Madurai, the Akilandeswari temple in Thiruvanaikaval near Tiruchirappalli and this Kamakshi temple are the important centers of worship of Goddess, in the state of Tamil Nadu. The Temple was most probably built by the Pallava kings, whose capital was Kanchipuram.

The Image of the main Deity, Kamakshi,is seated in a majestic Padmasana, a yogic posture signifying peace andprosperity, instead of the traditional standing pose. Goddess holds a sugarcane bow and bunch of five flowers in the lower two of her arms and has a pasha (lasso), an ankusha (goad) in her upper two arms. There is also a parrot perched near the flower bunch. There are no other Goddesss temples in the city of Kanchipuram, apart from this temple, which is unusual in a traditional city that has hundreds of traditional temples. There are various legends that account for this fact.

AdiShankaracharya, the famous 8th century CE scholar and saint, re-established the Sri Chakra in this KamakshiDevi temple in the trough-like structure in that shrine.
